Brian Bevan and Harry Bath.

One was nicknamed the Wing Wizard, the other Old Fox.

It's a measure of Brian Bevan and Harry Bath's contribution to rugby league that they were still named in Australia's greatest 100 players of all time earlier this year, despite never playing for the Kangaroos.

Bevan's achievements as a winger were unmatched. He played 670 first-grade games mainly in England, starring for Warrington (620 appearances) and Blackpool Borough (42 appearances), scoring close to 800 tries in the 1940s, 1950s and early 1960s.
