Official squads and team lists for men's and women's Under-19's State of Origin games to be played at Kayo Stadium, Redcliffe.

Men's Under-19's State of Origin

Queensland: The young Maroons will take the field as named, with Broncos hooker Blake Mozer back for the second year in a row. He is a player to watch alongside Magpies teammates Ben Te Kura and Israel Leota. Blackhawks playmaker Zack Lamont will start at halfback alongside Melbourne Storm sensation Stanley Huen. Cowboys speedster Mutua Brown will feature at fullback while fellow North Queenslanders Jamal Shibasaki and Wil Sullivan are set to bring plenty of power up front. South Coast Falcon Mitch Jennings will line up at centre alongside Redcliffe Dolphin Caleb Jackson.

New South Wales: Manly prodigy Latu Fainu has been named in the halves alongside SG Ball Grand Final Player of the Match Ethan Sanders. Raiders young gun fullback Chevy Stewart will wear the No.1 jersey, while Canberra utility Ethan Strange and Wests Tigers Development player Joshua Feledy will line up in the centres. NSW City duo Harrison Hassett and Charlie Guymer have been maned to start in the second row while Manly top-30 member Samuela Fainu and Raider Jake Clydesdale are the middle forwards. There were no late changes.

Women's Under-19's State of Origin

Queensland Women: A switch prior to kick-off sees Matekino Kahukoti-Gray and Rilee Jorgensen swap positions, with the former now in the second row and the latter moving to lock. Gold Coast young gun Chantay Kiria-Ratu has been recalled into the side, and this time at five-eighth. The Cook Islands playmaker will be in good company in the spine, partnered by fellow Titan Sienna Lofipo in the halves, and Lily-Rose Kolc at hooker. Cowboys recruit Shaylee Joseph will get her first taste of Origin at prop alongside Jacinta Carter who ran off the bench last year. 

New South Wales Women: Raiders recruit Monalisa Soliola returns to the side this year, shifting from prop to second row while Wests Tigers young gun Losana Lutu is also back in blue at lock, after making her Origin debut at five-eighth last year. Roosters prodigy Kalosipani Hopoate will bring plenty of big-game experience to the junior Sky Blues forward pack – named to make her NSW debut at prop alongside 2023 Bulldogs Tarsha Gale star Latisha Smythe. North Sydney Bears Tarsha Gale co-captains Sienna Williams and Chloe Jackson will also feature, with Williams lining up at fullback and Jackson in the back row. Brooke Talataina and Evie Jones will steer the ship in the halves while Chelsea Makira comes in at hooker. There were no late changes to the squad.
