The Bulldogs' stunning 2024 resurgence continued in a nailbiter against the Sharks and they get a chance to knock off another of last year's finalists when they host the Warriors in Round 18.

Already boasting one more win than they managed in all of 2023, Cameon Ciraldo's men have built their season on a new-found defensive resolve, with only the Panthers having conceded less points through 17 rounds.

That willingness to scramble and scrap for everything is sure to be tested by a dangerous Warriors outfit that found its groove to run in six tries in a 32-16 defeat of the Broncos.

With Te Maire Martin and Chanel Harris-Tavita calling the shots in style the Warriors put their embarrassing 60-point mauling from the Titans well and truly in the rear-view mirror, although they still sit three points outside the eight with eight games to play.

The Warriors won both clashes between the sides last year but the Bulldogs are a vastly different proposition in 2024 and have won their past six matches at Accor Stadium.
