Raiders: Only one change made to the side that overpowered the Wests Tigers last week, with representative winger Shakiah Tungai slotting into the side in place of Alanna Dummett, who was ruled out of their Round 1 win after failing her HIA. The former Jillaroos, Blues and Indigenous All Stars back played nine games for the Raiders last year and scored four tries.

Knights: Youngster Lilly-Ann White has been named to make her NRLW debut on the wing for the Knights, with Isabella Waterman moving to the bench. White recently played as fullback for the triumphant New South Wales Under 19 side. After making her debut in last week, rugby union convert Grace Kukutai has not been named.

Titans: The injury to Karina Brown suffered in the Gold Coast's Round 1 win over the Dragons sees Rugby Sevens convert Georgia Grey called up to make her NRLW debut on the wing. Rilee Jorgensen moves into the starting second row in place of Zara Canfield, who has not been named after fracturing her thumb. Hailee-Jay Ormond-Maunsell is the other new name in the side for Round 2 on the bench.

Wests Tigers: Coach Brett Kimmorley has opted not to make changes to his side that went down to the Raiders last week and will be hoping his players are ready from the get-go after they missed the start last week, giving up a 28-6 lead by half-time. Experienced backs Rikeya Horne and co-captain Botille Vette-Welsh scored the tries and will be back to help guide their team against first-round winners the Titans.

Eels: Taneka Todhunter comes into the starting side as hooker with Rueben Cherrington ruled out for the season after she sustained a syndesmosis injury in a tackle in the Round 1 win over the Broncos. Other changes see Chloe Jackson into the second row for her NRLW debut in place of Boss Kapua who is also out for the season with a a PCL injury. Rosemarie Beckett, who was 18th player last week, comes onto the bench. Tafao Asaua is the new replacement player for Round 2.

Sharks: The Sharks are unchanged for what is shaping as a blockbuster game against the Eels this weekend, with both sides showing strong form in their Round 1 wins. Coach Tony Herman would have been most impressed by his side's defensive efforts to keep the Cowboys scoreless, but will be keen to see his side correct a high error rate that prevented them from scoring any second-half points after winger Cassie Staples posted a first-half double.

Roosters: A huge in for the Roosters with week with Sam Bremner back into the squad at fullback. The former Jillaroos and NSW Blues star has come out of retirement to help boost the depth of the side. Jayme Fressard, who filled in the position last week, moves to the wing with Taina Naividi moving to the reserves. Captain Isabelle Kelly remains in the five-eighth role after pairing up with halfback Tarryn Aiken last week. Amber Hall could be a late inclusion to return from an ankle injury after being named in the reserves.

Broncos: Suspensions to prop Annetta-Claudia Nu'uausala and Lavinia Gould have forced Scott Prince into a number of changes for their tough encounter with the Roosters. In good news, he has been able to welcome back Destiny Brill from a calf injury with the Origin representative named on the bench. Bridget Hoy will also come from the bench for her NRLW debut. Keilee Joseph will move into prop, with Mariah Denman into lock. Tazmin Rapana, who was on the bench in Round 1, will start in the second row. Cowboys: Ebony Raftstrand-Smith has been named to make her NRLW debut at home and will join sister Tiana in the Cowboys colours. The younger Raftstrand-Smith recently featured for Queensland in the Under 19 Origin match and comes into the side in place of Vitalina Naikore. Other changes to the side from Ricky Henry sees Essay Banu come into the starting side as prop with Mackenzie Weale ruled out after failing her HIA last week. Harata Butler has moved to the reserves, while Shaniah Power also makes her comeback via the bench after a leg injury derailed her season last year. PNG Orchids and Indigenous All Stars representative Sareka Mooka joins her on the bench for her first showing this year. Emma Manzelmann has been named to start after she and Alisha Foord swapped roles last week.

Dragons: New recruit Kimberley Hunt will make her first appearance in Dragons colours after being brought in on the wing in place of Maatuleio Fotu-Moala. Coach Jamie Soward has again named veteran forward Steph Hancock on the bench with Jamilee Bright to start, but could swap them as he did on game day in Round 1.
