The Broncos are on the hunt for their first win, but face a tough task ahead of them against the Gold Coast Titans who are undefeated after two rounds of competition.

Brisbane were well in the hunt against the Roosters last week until a poor period before half-time where they let in two tries put them on the back foot to effectively shut them out of the game.

The game also proved costly with forward Brianna Clark set to miss the next two matches after (pleading guilty) to a Grade 1 Shoulder Charge for a hit on Jess Sergis, with Clark joining Annetta-Claudia Nu'uausala (who is serving a four-match suspension) on the sidelines.

The suspensions have highlighted Brisbane's biggest issue so far this season, with Prince likely to call on his players to improve their discipline if they are to upset the Titans.

Team News

Broncos: Gayle Broughton (back) and Shenae Ciesiolka (hand) both return to action for Brisbane, with Ciesiolka's late inclusion bumping Lauren Dam back to the bench and Skyla Adams out of the 17. Broughton's former New Zealand rugby sevens teammate Stacey Waka meanwhile will her NRLW debut on the wing. Brianna Clark is out with suspension, so Chelsea Lenarduzzi is the new starting prop.

Titans: Cook Islands and Kiwi Ferns prop Ngatokotoru Arakua will make her club debut via the interchange, with coach Karyn Murphy opting to leave Rilee Jorgensen out of her final 17.  While winger Emily Bass and hooker Brittany Breayley-Nati were unable to finish the game against Wests Tigers, both have been named to start.
