Cronulla's Jesse Ramien and Roosters forward Victor Radley are pushing to return form injury for this week's sudden-death semi-finals. 

The Roosters have already received a boost with enforcer Jared Waerea-Hargreaves preparing to make his return from suspension in Saturday night's clash with Manly at Allianz Stadium.

Sharks v Cowboys, Friday 7.50pm at Allianz Stadium

Sharks: Jesse Ramien is pushing to make his return from an ankle injury after he was a late withdrawal from last week's loss to the Storm. The centre has been named in the extended squad with Cronulla to make a decision closer to kick off. Should Ramien sit out Friday's clash, Sifa Talakai will again line up in the centres in what will likely be an unchanged side. 

Cowboys: North Queensland pulled up well from last week's tough win over Newcastle and Todd Payten looks set to roll out the same 17 that got the job done last week. Excitement machine Jaxon Purdue is listed as 18th man and could provide an attacking spark if added to the side on Friday night.

Roosters v Sea Eagles, Saturday 7.50pm at Allianz Stadium

Roosters: Victor Radley is in the mix to return just three weeks after fracturing his scapula and has been named in the reserves for Saturday's match. Prop Jared Waerea-Hargreaves will start in his first match since Round 25 in what could be his final game in the NRL. The veteran's return from suspension sees Nat Butcher revert to the bench and Zach Dockar-Clay move to 18th man. 

Sea Eagles: Winger Jason Saab has fallen short in his bid to return from an ankle injury and will spend at least one more week on the sidelines. Tom Trbojevic will continue to play through the pain of an AC injury in an unchanged side to the one that edged the Bulldogs last Sunday.
