The Dragons tonight celebrated the club's 2024 NRLW Awards in Wollongong with five players taking home silverware.

Alexis Tauaneai and Angelina Teakaraanga-Katoa were named co-recipients of the NRLW Player of the Year Award.

Tauaneai, who made her NRLW debut for the club in Round 1 last year, led the team in runs (150), run metres (1,529), post contact metres (705), tackles (300) and offloads (19).

Teakaraanga-Katoa meanwhile played in all nine games for the second-straight year amassing career-highs in run metres (1,260) and tackles (262).

Teagan Berry took home the NRLW Red V Members Player of the Year having pieced together another standout campaign in the No.1 jersey.

The 22-year-old led the side in tries (8), line breaks (9), and tackle breaks (41) whilst again playing in every minute of the side's season.

Berry sits atop the club's all-time leaderboard in tries, points, and games played whilst still holding the competition's all-time try-scoring record.

Kasey Reh was named NRLW Emerging Talent whilst Jamilee Bright received the NRLW Coach's Award.

An NRLW Emerging Talent nod caps off a stellar 2024 for Reh who captained her Steelers to a Tarsha Gale Cup premiership in April and the Blues to an Under 19s Origin victory in June.

She was named both the Tarsha Gale Cup Player of the Series and the Women's Under 19s State of Origin Player of the Year.

A Western Suburbs Red Devils junior, Reh was handed an NRLW debut in Round 1 and went on to play in all nine games for the Red V scoring two tries and assisting on two others whilst spending time in the halves, at hooker, and at lock.

Bright also appeared in all nine of the side's clashes this season almost doubling her run metre total from a year ago and starting the final four games of the season in the front row.
